​​Bia creates a safe and sacred container to explore the infinite possibilities while sitting with this plant medicine. Our work together began with creating a space where I could dig deep into my truest desires while on this journey with nonjudgement, trust, and grace. She made me feel empowered to make decisions that made my session feel incredibly personal, sacred, and safe. We were in contact frequently for weeks, which further strengthened my trust in the process and gave me the peace of mind that I would be in good hands. Bia takes care in the entire journey before, during, and after our session. From vetting locations, to offering guidance for physical, emotional, and spiritual preparation, to preparing delicious and nourishing food at the end of my session, Bia's attentiveness to details and connection to this work were deeply felt. My experience was truly profound and life changing. I feel its benefits have and will stay with me for my entire life. I would absolutely recommend Bia as a guide to any person interested in this type of work and look forward to the day that I am called back to work with her again.

I couldn’t have imagined a better guide for the powerful journey I had. Bia was so thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire experience - from our first call to the continued integration after my journey. Leading up to our session, she helped me mentally and physically prepare to set up the optimal experience. On the day of, she was there with me every step of the way. She held a beautiful ceremony as I sipped the medicine. During the session she read my energy and gave me exactly what I needed. It was a beautiful balance between supporting me (both physically and emotionally), and giving me space to work through my experience and lean into the trust that I have everything I need within me. She incorporated music I provided, in addition to her playing own instruments (she even shared her angelic voice with me). As the day turned to night and I began my gentle glide down, she transitioned my space into a beautiful candlelit sanctuary. I experienced my home in a new light and that sweetness has stayed with me. As I gained my appetite, she nourished me with delicious homemade kitchari that warmed my soul. The next morning, we had a very thorough and thoughtful integration session that really helped me to process and begin to unpack my very powerful experience. Bia took notes during the actual session as well as the integration session, and comprehensively compiled them to share with me. Her efforts didn’t stop there. She has continued to check in on me with my process of integration. Bia has a nurturing softness to her work. She is a wise, trustworthy guide whom I look forward to working with time and time again. Bia’s warmth and affirmation created a space in which I felt really safe and held to proceed with a journey that I had been having a lot of trepidation in undertaking. Inviting new parts of one’s self out can be a frightening task, and Bia worked with me to explore my fears and anxieties and really sit with and find clarity in my intentions before embarking. I trusted Bia to help me through the challenges I faced during my ceremony, and she held that space for me, free of judgment and offering me the support I needed. Her knowledge and experienced hand was invaluable in navigating the terrain I traversed. I think one of the most wonderful parts of working with a guide is the integration work that is done after. I encountered some challenging concepts on my journey, and Bia worked with me, checking in often and offering somatic practices, to weave them into my understanding of my experience.
